Has anybody ever seen “Halloween III- Season of the Witch”? It’s fantastic. It embodies the look and feel of a Halloween movie (the holiday, not the series) just right.

Hello! Look at the blurry trees! It’s like Edmund Finney’s Quest to Find the Meaning of Life in 3-D! Okay it’s not but I’m still trying new things out. I imagine in a year or so my art will be uniform and unwavering, but for now I’m enjoying messing around with colors, gradients, blurring effects, and anything else I can test-run while trying to define my style. Perhaps my style will never rest easy and I’ll always be changing the way things look, who knows? I’ll tell you who knows: Time travelers.
The thing I hate most about time travelers is when they come into your house and say things like, “Boy, it sure is warm out today. Much warmer than on this day in 2027.” You know the only reason they say that is to show off and flaunt their time traveling ability. If I were less polite of a person I would call them out on it right then and there and shut them up. But I am polite, so I don’t. I’m also passive-aggressive, so what I do instead is vow to throw maple syrup and cotton candy on him on that day in 2027. Now that I made that vow, I can assume I will follow through with it, and I say, “Boy, you sure are clean today. Much less maple syrup and cotton candy on you than on this day in 2027.” And he’d say “How did you KNOW?” and I just confused myself so I’ll stop typing now.
Hey, the tags are starting to show some variety! I like it! I’m really paying attention to the tagging system now, going back into the archives and building up more tags. It seemed that the tags usually pointed to other comics within the same storyline- but as I add more, they’re spreading out among the archives. I like it. Play around with the “tag cloud” over there to the right, won’t you? It’ll also introduce you to the other categories I have going besides comics, in case you’ve just recently come here for the comics alone and haven’t yet noticed the “More Stuff” that awaits you with a simple scroll downward.
Again, I appreciate the people Stumbling my comics! This one seemed to take off yesterday, big time. Much appreciated!
Fun fact: There is no atmosphere on the moon; therefore, no wind. So, Neil Armstrong’s footprint is still sitting up there on the moon how he left it back in the ’60s. It’s weird to me that they didn’t do a whole bunch of crazy stuff up there, knowing that whenever the next group of astronauts got there, their prints would still be there to greet them, even if 300 years later.
Even something as simple as drawing a message in the dust, like, “If you’re reading this, you’re stupid.” Because then the astronauts reading it would be all, “Oh snap! Neil got us good!”
Unless the astronauts were from another country, and the insult from the Americans started an international incident. Or worse, from another planet, thus dooming Earth in an intergalactic battle. Good thing Neil and the gang didn’t have that kind of sense of humor. Or did they? Sleep well tonight.
