The episode is episode one, of season six, and is titled Hill Billy. I tried to find a clip on YouTube but was not successful.
I think this is what Homer Simpson referred to when he talked about his xylophobia (fear of xylophones). He says the following: “It’s the kind of music you hear when skeletons dance”…

Do you watch The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy? They had Grim turn into one of these old school skeletons for an episode. It was a great homage.
I love that show, whenever I come across it while flipping channels. I didn’t see this particular one but it sounds like I’d love the reference.
