He’s the most effective in the summertime, when people willingly stare into him with the fan going, but he still claims a few victims this time of year.
Does that mean that scarecrows secretly attack cows because they eat hay. This truly is a dangerous world we live in. I think I’m going back in my bunker.
Thanks Ken, I’m still experimenting with color in my comics, and I’m liking the “limited color” approach. That one called for a little more color since it was a warm day and had to differentiate from the snowy scene.
that first panel had me laughing due to the snowman’s nonchalance: “Yeah, because I ate some people.” and that last panel’s hysterical, D. i’ll never eat a shave ice the same way again.
Hey glad you like this one! I’m just trying to bring about snowperson awareness. Ah, “shave ice.” That brings me back to my LA days. No such terminology back here in Missouri.
They laughed at me because I always surround my bed with hotplates and I keep a hairdryer under my pillow, but who is laughing now? It was high time somebody took this danger seriously.
Sir, allow me to salute your valiant effort in educating the masses to be on the look out for anthropophagous anthropomorphic crystalline solid water, since one can not be too careful when dealing with this insidious creature!
I just received the most dreadful news – the snowpeople have discovered pycrete! So be forewarned, we will have to upgrade our defenses. I for one, I’m moving to the Sahara…

LOL!!! Didn’t see that one coming!
Let it be a warning. Whenever it snows, make sure to keep an eye out, Teddy, if you eat his snow kin in the summer.

Revenge is a dish best served … icy.
It’s the cold hand of justice.

My soul is now barren. Mr Fanface not only stared at it, he stared at it with his fan going.

The red sno-cones are the best! Who knew they were made from the slaughter of hundreds of snowlings? Or that their blood is cherry flavored!
Snow-vampires love the cherry goodness.

Yep, everybody blames the Chupacabra for mysterious cow deaths, but nobody has done forensic analysis of the scarecrows’ clothing…yet.

That last panel may be my favorite thing you’ve ever drawn!!!!
Thanks sir, I’m having more fun drawing “mechanical” things than I used to. The “Sno*Cone” stand was surprisingly entertaining for me to draw.

…and for all the times people “write their names in the snow”.
That’s probably even worse.
Eek. I apologize to all snowmen on behalf of humanity for that horror.

Nice! I like how you brought that back around!! I also like how the last frame has more color.

Bahaha. I love Mr Bookface and Mr Fanface.
Hopefully you love them enough to follow their suggestions by becoming a fan and allowing your very soul to be sucked out at Mr. Fanface’s will.

ah, the old snowman-snowcone link! Love it.
Mr. Fanface is creepin’ me out.
That’s what I pay him to do, maybe he’s earned a bonus soul.

I wonder if the snowman puts the children in a little paper cone before eating them?
Don’t forget the cherry syrup.

The color in the first few panels really sells the temperture to me.
Thanks, I’m not the best at color, so it takes me a while to get it right.

This is true. Keep up the good fight, sir, and may we emerge victorious when springtime comes and automatically kills all of our enemies.
…til the next winter…
